My services will include a client interview where we will discase the topics of space needs, prompt space requirements, and expected future growth while getting to know the client's wants and needs as well as style, performed colours and fabrics, and overall want in the house. I will also provide schedules and budgets detailing expenses and dates and schedules for the renovations that will be taking place.
I overall want to create the full package that a client would need to re-design their home, my mission statement is “designs that are functional and stylish” which means I want to create a home that works specifically with each client’s needs.
Designed Floor Plans
Creating a design concept development and planning to transform the house into the criteria provided and discussed with the client. Space planning to maximize the space, which includes locations of partitions and furniture layout.
Finishes and Materials selections
Picking out finishes and materials selection from paint wallcoverings, fabric, floorings and windows, including window treatments and finishes. Also staging the home with decor for the house to make the house move-in ready.
Rendered Drawings
Drafting construction and working drawings, furniture evaluation, reflected ceiling plans and lighting layouts, and specifications, designs and details will be presented with professional 2D and 3D software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, photoshop, or manual drafted drawings or renderings.
